GET INVOLVED

Want to boost your community service hours? Get involved in something new? Learn valuable leadership skills? CROYA has many fun opportunities available for high school and middle school students, created and organized by students in the CROYA Service and Leadership (CSL) group. CSL provides kids with a chance to help the community while being themselves. The CSL team is always looking for new fun and unique service opportunities.

Peer Training

When young adults have problems, they typically turn to their friends for help first. The CROYA Peer Training program teaches young adults how to be active listeners and problem solvers when their friends need help with typical teenage struggles. Students become more skilled in their ability to understand themselves and others, and learn to listen to and respond to themselves and others in healthy ways.

High School Retreats

CROYA Retreats have been labeled as “life-changing weekends” at which students break down stereotypes, build positive self-esteem, make new friends, address issues facing teenagers, and pause for self-reflection.
