Middle School Youth Committee meetings are held on Tuesdays at 4:00.  This is a great opportunity to connect and learn about upcoming events while sharing a special snack.  Lake Bluff 7th and 8th grade students can take the CROYA van from Lake Bluff Middle School to and from CROYA.  (Driving Waiver required). CROYA Middle School Executive Meetings are held during lunch bi-weekly, and dates for each school are posted on our calendar. All students are encouraged to bring ideas for activities to the group and be a part of planning upcoming events.  It’s a welcoming atmosphere for youth to learn what CROYA has to offer. Stop by to learn more about our programs, service opportunities and outings.  Some of our activities include ski trips, all school dances, weekly cooking club, trips to Six Flags and water parks, and much more! Student Union The CROYA Student Union is open every day after school from 3:30 – 5:30 pm for 7th – 12th graders and is the perfect hangout for teenagers: food, ping pong tables, pool table, game room, music studio, dance studio, and a stage for performances and more. What’s not to love about that? Serving on CROYA Youth Boards and Subcommittees provides valuable life skills training and the opportunity to practice leadership and project management skills. Community Service Projects help young adults grow by giving back to others. Current projects include visiting and volunteering at Westmoreland, Friends of the Lake Forest Library, Ronald McDonald House, Feed My Starving Children, House of Peace, Kiwanis Club of Lake Forest & Lake Bluff and many others. Social Programs bring kids together for fun events, and include field trips to local sports events and entertainment.
